We request the candidates wishing to become a member of our Association to kindly send the following documents to us:
1- Letter of Application
Please write the following text on a paper with your letterhead, affix your signature and common seal on it and send it to us at your earliest convenience.
“GRAIN SUPPLIERS ASSOCATION OF TURKEY (HUBUDER) – ISTANBUL
We are a company with tax number………… We kindly request you to accept our application to become a member of your Association.”
(Please state the name and surname and the Turkish identity number of your authorised person on the application letter.)
2- Letter of Authorisation / Resolution of the Board of Directors or the Shareholders
This is a resolution of your company naming the person who will represent you at our Association. If your company is represented by a sole authorised person, the resolution can be signed by that person. Otherwise, the resolution must be signed by at least two authorised persons. If an externally appointed person will represent you, a notarised resolution of your governing body naming the representative must be sent to us in addition.
3- A copy of the Trade Registry Gazette or your annual report or tax board showing the name of your authorised person who will represent you.
4- A photocopy of the identity document and the certificate of residence of your authorised representative.
(Please send any original documents to us by a mail/courier/parcel delivery service.
5- Bank account statement of the paid membership fee
